Blind Sports NSW and Tennis Australia have come together to provide Blind and Low Vision tennis training sessions for all individuals in B1, B2, B3 and B4 categories.



The BLV sessions provide social and physical development opportunities as well as competitive pathways for those interested in competing at higher levels.

Blind & Low Vision Tennis – Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope
Tennis is for everyone — and we’re proud to make that a reality. Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope runs dedicated Blind and Low Vision tennis lessons creating an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment for players of all abilities.
- Saturdays | 10:15am at Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope
- Thursdays | 4.30pm at Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope (school term)
These sessions are designed to build confidence, coordination, and skills, while most importantly enjoying the game in a welcoming community setting. Using modified equipment, specialised coaching techniques, and plenty of encouragement, our experienced coaches ensure every player can participate, improve, and have a great time on court.
Whether you’re new to tennis or looking to develop your game, this program is all aboutability, not limitation.
Come along, get active, and be part of a program where everyone can play.
City Community Tennis
Sessions run for blind and vision impaired players on
- Friday from 11am-12 pm at Prince Alfred Park Tennis Courts, Surry Hills, a short walk from Central Station.
Sean Tsu is the coach and he specialises in Adaptive Tennis. Players can book directly on our website for the Friday BLV group class HERE.
